You must be 18 years or older to create an account or manage a team on GameFlow. By using the service, you confirm that you are an adult. Coaches are responsible for ensuring that all team members and parents they invite are appropriately authorized to participate.
GameFlow is a team management platform for youth and recreational sports teams. It provides coaches and parents with tools to manage schedules, RSVPs, rosters, player statistics, team communications, game photos, lineups, and practice planning.
Coaches who create a team on GameFlow are responsible for:
GameFlow may send email notifications and push notifications related to your team, including game reminders, score updates, RSVP requests, and team announcements. You can manage notification preferences within the app or opt out of push notifications through your device settings. To stop receiving email communications, contact us at contact@gameflowapp.com.
GameFlow includes an AI-assisted practice planning feature. Practice plans generated by AI are suggestions only and should be reviewed by the coach before use. GameFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular team or age group.
You retain ownership of content you upload to GameFlow, including photos and team information. By uploading content, you grant GameFlow a limited license to store and display that content to authorized members of your team. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you share on the platform.

The GameFlow name, logo, and platform are the property of GameFlow. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use GameFlow's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
GameFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed events, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
