By accessing or using GameFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be 18 years or older to manage a team on GameFlow or to add information about other people. Players may use GameFlow with their own phone number only if they are 13 or older, and only after a coach or parent has confirmed that. GameFlow may not be used by anyone under 13; younger players take part through a parent or guardian. Coaches are responsible for ensuring that all team members and parents they invite are appropriately authorized to participate.
GameFlow is a team management platform for youth and recreational sports teams. It provides coaches and parents with tools to manage schedules, RSVPs, rosters, player statistics, team communications, game photos and videos, lineups, and practice planning. It is available as a web app and an iPhone app.
Coaches who create a team on GameFlow are responsible for:
GameFlow may send email notifications and push notifications related to your team, including game reminders, score updates, RSVP requests, and team announcements. You can turn each kind of notification on or off within the app, or opt out of push notifications through your device settings. To stop receiving email communications, contact us at contact@gameflowapp.com.
GameFlow includes AI-assisted features for practice planning, game summaries, and team emails. Text generated by AI is a suggestion only and should be reviewed by the coach before it is used, posted, or sent. GameFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular team or age group.
You retain ownership of content you upload to GameFlow, including photos, videos, messages, and team information. By uploading content, you grant GameFlow a limited license to store and display that content to authorized members of your team. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you share on the platform.

To report content or behavior that breaks these rules, contact us at contact@gameflowapp.com. Coaches can remove messages and media posted to their team, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The GameFlow name, logo, and platform are the property of GameFlow. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use GameFlow's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
GameFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed events, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
